ASSE Bayou Chapter sponsored a BBQ Chicken Plate Lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, April 11th 2008. Plate lunches were picked up at Safety & Training Consultants, LLC. 219 Venture Blvd. Houma, LA.
The purpose is to benefit was to fund the ASSE Bayou Chapter Scholarship fund. For $6 per plate, participants got a one half BBQ chicken and trimmings. Advance tickets were purchased by Tuesday, April 1st. No sales were made the day of the lunch.
